Life is born Life is created here! All these amazing energies come together and something new, unknown and alive is born. It is a constant, eternal and infinite process of pure creativity. Whether it's human life or galaxies, it's a miracle! It is still relatively colourless, but it gives rise to colourful worlds and organisms... This energy erupts, makes its way and great forces emerge and open up to the universe! This interesting work of art was created from a fascinating array of materials, including shellac, pigments, stains, marble powder and coffee, which was applied in multiple layers and drying stages. Each of these materials entered into a fascinating chemical process with the others, producing a truly unique and beautiful result. It is absolutely amazing what happens in each of these works! It almost creates itself. As a final layer, I added the marble powder to bring out the essence of the painting. This painting is several years old, so the drying process is complete. It is carefully wrapped so that nothing can happen to the fascinating cracks that have formed.

Elke Eiermann has always been a musically inclined person and she has been painting and drawing since childhood. She has been using acrylic paints for about 20 years and little by little the structures were added.Elke continued to educate herself, attended the art academy in Überlingen and is always faszinated and inspired by art, colours and music to create new artworks. She is living on the island of Reichenau for a little over 10 years, which is very steeped in history with its churches and beautiful landscape. Nestled in Lake Constance with its changing moods and impressions, which always inspires her to create new artworkswhich are characterized by fantasy and moods. As a person and an artist, I really enjoy engaging with this challenging and exciting topic of opposites and I don't want to be limited in my expression.I deal with it and through the integration of these apparent contradictions I recognize the complement, enrichment, expansion, liveliness and what is interesting about it. Intrinsic dynamics of the chemical processes of materials like in my shellac paintings + complemented by my processing, clear structure + softness in surface and color, nature, representational + abstraction, black and white, that fascinates me. This creative and human process is always a new adventure that I immerse myself in, until the picture tells me: “I am right the way I am”
