Elise Zakhour is a Lebanese artist currently residing in Beirut. She holds a master's degree in Interior Architecture as well as a Masters degree in Plastic Arts from the Lebanese University. She also has a certificate in iconography and mosaics. In this series, Elise discusses a state of instability and confusion through photography and complex digital contrast.
With Arneli Art Gallery, Elise has chosen to expose 2 series of photography and photomontage. The first series is a photo collage series that exposes chairs in brute areas. These chairs have missing parts which lead to the feeling of instability within them. The second series is also a black and white photo collage series that showcases various emotional states.
