"Fine-Arts" prints on paper
It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.

Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

Artistic journey
After having obtained a diploma in Visual Arts in the Environment at the Beaux-Arts, Elisabeth Bazin worked for years for the press giving advice on interior and exterior design.
Without ever ceasing to paint, a qualification in DTP (Computer-Assisted Publication) led her to explore other avenues. Elisabeth Bazin turns to computer graphics and illustration to create advertising media and food packaging. Her illustrations are done in watercolor and transmitted as digital files.
During all these years, Elisabeth Bazin gave painting and drawing lessons in associations until 2019.
In 2015, she devoted herself entirely to her passion, painting.
Her favorite themes
From her childhood spent in Dinard in Brittany, Elisabeth Bazin has kept a taste for seascapes. Dinard was her first source of inspiration.
She did many paintings of her hometown and this work resulted in a book published in 2013 entitled "Dinard, le regard d'un painter" Editions Equinoxe. The book is designed as a small travel guide illustrated with her paintings where we discover the beautiful beaches of the seaside resort, the coastal walks, the imposing 19th century villas and other curiosities that she could not pass over in silence.
Elisabeth Bazin is fond of beach scenes, synonymous with holidays, relaxation and hopes to convey the happiness and well-being that she herself feels there.
In her paintings, clouds, the sea take a large place and are sources of invention. It depicts the beauty of the effects of light on the water. She plays with the sky for a bright or dark atmosphere, a Mediterranean or Breton atmosphere.
The seaside is her playground.
Her gaze is also directed in everyday life, market scenes, streets and also in portraits of domestic or wild animals.
The techniques used
His pictorial world balances between acrylic, watercolor and pastel.
