In my works, I strive to portray a combination of the real and the fictional, the boundlessness of the energy of nature, people and objects. Each of my works is a journey into a new unique world!

Elena Shichko works in various areas of fine arts - painting, graphics, photography. The creative style of the artist can be described as romantic fantastic realism. This is a subject art, where realistically correctly depicted objects are placed in a conditional newly composed decorative environment, where their own laws of space construction and perspective dominate, flat backgrounds. The author prefers saturated, bright, cheerful colors, decorative textures.

Elena Shichko is a professional artist. Graduate of the graphics department of the Belarusian State Academy of Arts. Member of the Belarusian Union of Artists. Graduate of the Creative Academic Workshops of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus. She studied at the postgraduate course of the Institute of Ethnography and Folklore of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus. In 2011 she defended her PhD thesis. Participant of numerous republican and international exhibitions. The works were repeatedly awarded with awards and diplomas. The works of the artist are in the museums of Minsk (Belarus), private collections around the world
