It is joyful to create at such moments, plunging into
the amazing beauty of the state of nature.
In the work I wanted to convey the freshness of the rustle of silvery foliage from the gusty wind.
I had to mix paints quickly and from smear to smear
apply them pastily to the picture that is born almost instantly.
The state of nature is changeable and therefore a special concentration of attention is needed in the open air,
to reveal the very essence of what he saw and the condition that struck the artist.
Elena Senina, an artist from Moscow, received education in restoration and easel painting under the guidance of B.P.Yeromin, a leading specialist at the A. Rublev Museum, from 1986 to 1991.She then studied mosaic with the monumental artist A.D. Kornoukhov from 1992 to 1996 and took iconpainting courses in 2003.
SElena has been a member of the Professional and Creative Union of Artists of Russia since 1997.She is engaged in painting, mosaic, and icon painting. In her work, she reinterprets the experience of greatmasters of antiquity such as A. Rublev, Dionysius, El Greco, as well as contemporary artists including Van Gogh,Matisse, A. Zverev, and V. Kazarin. Her works demonstrate a special interpretation of color, expression, andmusicality in painting.
SElena was a friend and colleague of V. Kazarin, known as the "father of Russian neo-expressionism." Thisfriendship has had a significant influence on her creativity.She also mastered artistic nunofelting and created an interior composition called "Consolation," which wasexhibited at the New Tretyakov Gallery.
