Edith Stütz is a contemporary Austrian artist, born in Graz in 1965. She pursued her studies in Art History at the Karl Franzens University in Graz, earning her diploma between 1990 and 1996, followed by a doctorate in Art History from the same institution.
Stütz has held numerous exhibitions both domestically and internationally, with her works featured in public and private collections. Her artistic excellence has been recognized with multiple awards, including the Ernst and Rosa von Dombrowski Foundation Prize, the Luxembourg Art Prize Certificate of Merit for Artistic Achievement in 2021, and the Teravarna Prize in Los Angeles, United States, in 2023.
Her contributions to the art world extend beyond exhibitions; her works are included in catalogues, calendars, and books. Stütz is an active member of the Professional Association of Fine Artists of Austria LV Styria and the Styrian Art Association Werkbund.
