I am an Argentine/Italian painter. I studied at the Rogelio Yrurtia College of Fine Arts. Since then I have held various exhibitions of painting, drawing and sculpture. Progressively I dedicated myself mostly to painting and writing (specifically poetry), in fact I directed a literary magazine called Mandrágora in my hometown. I studied at the University of Architecture and at the University of Philosophy and Letters, I finished neither of the two degrees, my disordered life made it completely impossible, only my disorder found an order (probably primitive) in painting, which I chose over everything. After being on the verge of death I decided to dedicate myself fully to painting, without caring about anything else.
A few years ago I left my country and settled in Italy to later settle in Spain where I live. currently (in the province of Alicante).
I have my workshop in my own house, or I should say that I have my home in my own workshop.
I cannot deny that the surrealist movement It has influenced me during my student years, and then my friendship with the Argentine writer Julio Llinás confirmed that that movement that I admired so much in my early youth had set out to conquer me lovingly and violently. When I talk about my first youth it is because now, on the verge of completing half a century of existence, I am going through a second youth, calmer in some aspects, it is true; but with the same enthusiasm as that one.
(I spoke many more times than those listed here on the left; but it turns out that I don't remember the dates and I don't feel like looking for that information at the moment. Yes Someday I feel like doing it, or I won't.)
