I describe my artworks as Imaginative- whimsical sculptures. Full of character and hidden depths. For people to be drawn to a sculpture it must have awakened a feeling maybe from there childhood , a memory perhaps? I would like the child in me to never leave and I believe that what I make shows that inner feeling. If you open your mind, there is always another point of view.
The art of being open-minded is the ability to stand up for yourself and articulate your needs calmly and positively.
It's more comfortable to like or dislike abstract art, as any attempt at representational art is always prone to rapid criticism.
The newness of the idea is the chief reason for our criticism of it.
