4. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
5. And there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, devout men, out of every nation under heaven.
6. Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language.

Description of the paiting:
The dove - is a symbol of the Holy Spirit.
The book on which dove seats - it's a Scripture/Bible/Word of God.
God speak through His word to us. "...so then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God"
(Romans 10:17). When we read or hear a gospel, God speak to our hearts - and it's a work of the Holy Spirit.
Nothing in this world can fulfill our souls at all. But God. When we adopt God to our heart, we become the temples of a Holy Spirit (1 Cor. 6:19). And He gives us love, joy and peace (Gal.5:22-23)
