It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.
Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

Didier Colomès a fait toute sa carrière dans le domaine de la communication, publicité, design, évènementiel. C’est là qu’il a mis à profit son sens de l’image et son art de jouer avec les mots. Ainsi, c’est une sensibilité à fleur de peau qu’il s’exprime d’une manière éclectique par la peinture, l’écriture et la musique.
Peintre, Didier Colomès a toujours cherché de nouvelles matières pour exprimer ses émotions: en 1995, il met au point un procédé de peinture à l’huile sur verre et organise la première exposition de peintures sur bouteille, à Paris. ” Rhapsodie en Bleu Marine” une exposition sur le thème de l’eau et de la Mer.
En 2010, il développe une technique de peinture à l’huile sur papier de soie monté sur du bois : un procédé sensible avec des effets de matières et de couleurs qui exaltent les sujets traités. Portraits d’Inde et portraits de musiciens.
Ces œuvres font alors l’objet d’une exposition nommée “Le Temps d’un Soir”. C’est un happening haut en couleurs produit dans un studio de danse. Une véritable osmose entre les peintures, le lieu, des musiciens et des danseurs de l’école Tamoule de Paris venus animerl’événement.
Depuis 2021, Didier Colomès a intégré le Groupe Intensité, Laboratoire d’Exposition, Incubateur d’Artistes sous la direction d’Olivier Khal pour expérimenter de nouvelles approches picturales.
En Décembre 2021, il présente l’exposition « l’Âme de Fonds » une palette des couleurs du temps au fil de ses émotions au Laboratoire d’Exposition du groupe Intensité.
En Janvier 2022 Parution de son premier roman « Les Cordes à l’Ame » Disponible en librairie sur les sites Fnac, Amazon, Cultura.
