« En 2007 la peinture s’est imposé à moi tel un moyen d’expression et tel un exutoire. Depuis elle est devenue une nourriture quotidienne pour mon âme. »
Marie PHEBIDIAS est une autodidacte à la vocation tardive qui prend plaisir à mélanger les couleurs au gré de son pinceau. Elle nous dévoile qu’au début, en commençant un nouveau tableau, elle ne sait jamais ce qu’elle va peindre.
Elle aborde subtilement différents sujets par le biais de diverses techniques et divers styles afin d’exprimer ses émotions. Pour un spectateur en quête d’indices et de détails, il pourra trouver des personnages ou des formes cachées dans certains tableaux, car le style prédominant de cet artiste est « l’abstrait ».
En décembre 2017, Marie fut reconnue en tant que peintre « certifié » par Mr Jacques-Armand AKOUN expert en cotation d’artistes, ce qui valide la qualité de son travail.
