Sie erschafft mit allen spontan bildnerisch möglichen Mitteln eine Idee oder Ahnung des Gewonnenen, Wahrgenommenen... dabei entstehen meist abstrakte Werke, die Erinnerungen oder ähnliches widerspiegeln, Innenräume, Reflexionen, ...auch Landschaften, aber auch reine Essenzen ohne Ende, .... Harmonien oder gar Disharmonien einfließen lassen ..., selten sieht sie es geschlossen.
Figurationen stehen dann symbolisch da, oder erscheinen im Prozess des Werdens und Vergehens, stehen dann im Gegensatz zum Kampf und sind doch Teil der Form, die entstehenden Bilder sind immer eine Momentaufnahme von etwas, ein Teil Unfertiges und Vollendetes zugleich, eine Annäherung von dem, was ist.
Cori Schubert wurde im Juni 1974 in Löbau (Deutschland) geboren und lebt seit 2000 in Berlin. Sie schloss ihr Studium der Archäologie, Bildenden Kunst und Kunstgeschichte 2000 in Leipzig (Deutschland) ab. Sie hat ihre Kunstwerke in Kunstprojekten und Ausstellungen in Leipzig, Berlin, Mannheim, Zittau, Dresden, Uckermark sowie in Spanien, Portugal, der Schweiz, Frankreich und Japan präsentiert.
