Elle puise son inspiration dans le monde animal. L'animal vit l'instant simple sans se poser de question, du passé ou du futur. Et comme lui, elle vit dans le moment présent, et lorsqu’elle peint, elle ne réfléchit pas, se laisse aller en écoutant son intuition, qui lui dit «la vie est belle » C'est ce qui la pousse à utiliser beaucoup de couleurs vives, telle un arc en ciel, car Sylvie est restée une grande enfant.
Elle construit toujours ses œuvres, avec des petites ou grandes projections de peintures. Elle crée le mouvement en jetant sa peinture, tout en contrôlant son geste. Elle aime être surprise et découvrir son travail, une fois la dernière éclaboussure donnée.
C'est comme cela qu'elle donne naissance à ses tableaux PEP'S. Le PEP'S ART donne la pêche : coloré, vitaminé, plein de pep's, quoi!! Comme elle, ses tableaux sont uniques.
