Ali Rıza Ozkan wurde im Dorf Elbeyli im Bezirk Düziçi in Osmaniye in der Türkei geboren und wuchs dort auf. Seine prägenden Jahre verbrachte er mit der Ausbildung an der örtlichen Grund- und weiterführenden Schule. Aufgrund veränderter Umstände zog Ali Rıza in den Istanbuler Stadtteil Sarıyer. Dort setzte er seine Bildungsreise fort und wurde Schüler der Ali AKKANAT Anatolian High School, die sich im selben Bezirk befindet. In dieser Phase seines Lebens erregten seine angeborenen künstlerischen Fähigkeiten die Aufmerksamkeit seines Kunstlehrers. Aufgrund der schwierigen wirtschaftlichen Lage seiner Familie war es ihm nicht möglich, eine höhere Ausbildung an einer Universität zu absolvieren. Ali Rıza begab sich jedoch auf eine persönliche Reise, um seinen künstlerischen Neigungen Ausdruck zu verleihen. Er vertiefte sich in die Bereiche Schwarzer Bleistift, Metallkunst und dekorative Holzprodukte und verfeinerte seine Fähigkeiten in diesen künstlerischen Bereichen. Jede seiner Kreationen, die ein Stück seiner Essenz in sich trägt, wird durch seine sorgfältige Handwerkskunst zum Leben erweckt und bleibt eng mit seinem Wesen verbunden.
