Alexandre Barberà-Ivanoff ist ein zeitgenössischer französischer Künstler. Ab seinem 12. Lebensjahr studierte er Malerei in einer privaten Werkstatt bei den Malern Christian Welter, Gerard Di-Maccio und dann Jean Bertholle. Der Künstler lässt sich von verschiedenen Kulturen, Zeiten und Einflüssen inspirieren und hat russische und spanische Wurzeln sowie eine starke französische Identität. Er malt figurative Gemälde mit einer Balance aus Eleganz und Unbequemlichkeit, männlich und weiblich, hell und dunkel.
Alexandre Barberà-Ivanoff wurde 1973 in Frankreich geboren. Sein Hauptwerk wurde 2010 im Europäischen Parlament von Straßburg ausgestellt. In Italien beteiligte er sich zusammen mit vier anderen europäischen Malern an der Ausarbeitung der 25 Gemälde, die dauerhaft in der Innenstadt von Cosenza ausgestellt sind.
