J’ai commencé la peinture avec pour adage : émotions, pas émotions, le reste c’est blablabla.
Il a toujours été essentiel pour moi de faire vivre des émotions à autrui.
C’est dans un premier temps au travers de mon métier de cuisinier que je pouvais produire cet effet.
Après avoir tourner la page de la cuisine professionnelle, j’ai ressenti un besoin viscéral de peindre, peu importaient les codes et l’histoire des arts plastiques, il fallait que je me lance.
La démarche de mon travail est de permettre à chacun d’avoir ses émotions, qu’elles soient positives ou négatives, en les assumant sans que qui que ce soit oriente l’interprétation et le ressenti vécu à cet instant en prétendant savoir ce qui est beau ou non, juste ou pas.
Les instantanés picturaux et abstraits que je peins, dévoilent les émotions que je vis et traduisent ma vision du monde présent.
