Später absolvierte sie ein weiterführendes Studium an der Akademie der Künste „George Enescu“ Iasi und erwarb sowohl einen Bachelor- als auch einen Masterabschluss mit Spezialisierung auf reale Untersuchungen nach Form, Wert, Farbe und Volumen. Über ihre Ausbildung hinaus verfeinerte Oty ihre Fähigkeiten auch in Kursen in Design und Pädagogik und stärkte so ihre künstlerischen Grundlagen.
Kaola Otys umfangreiche Karriere umfasst sowohl Malerei als auch Modedesign. Sie hat Schlüsselrollen in renommierten Modehäusern gespielt, unter anderem als Innenarchitektin bei SCExcalibur SRLIasi im Jahr 1999 und als Modedesignerin bei Einrichtungen wie SCCasa SRLIasi und scKaty .
Otys Arbeiten sind weltweit für ihr künstlerisches Können bekannt und haben Galerien von Monaco bis New York geschmückt.
