Helena Da Vinha is a Portuguese abstract painter born with pencil in hand in Angola in 1974. She has spent the majority of her life living in the city of Lausanne, Switzerland. She studied art at the Ceruleum School of Graphic Arts and Visual in Lausanne. After that period, she has worked out her personal style of painting, mainly based on colours, repetitive shapes and various materials. The ability to work with these materials (acrylic, sand, paper, leather, lace, clothes, little things, etc…) has allowed this artist to have her work seen by a much larger audience in various art galleries, mainly in Switzerland. She has sold his paintings in all Europe. Helena Da Vinha is now living in France. Therefore her painting is a fetching combination of influences of the countries where she lived. She is indexed in the guide Drouot-cotation published by Larousse and at artprice.
