Il y a tant à raconter sur l’histoire de cette œuvre, mais je ne pourrais uniquement vous dévoiler pour le moment les arcades de sa naissance dans l’antre de mon atelier.
Benny est unique en son genre, sous toutes ses coutures.
Une femme élégante, vêtue d’une robe moulante en résille. Un assemblage minutieux de minuscules petits morceaux de barre en fer à béton, soudés un par un, rang par rang, pour donner naissance à une silhouette envoutante. Les motifs floraux composés de verre à vitrail lui apporte une touche équilibrée de transparence et un jeu d'ombre spectaculaire.
J’ai expérimenté une nouvelle technique de finition, par un processus de « laitonnage » de surface. Un résultat satisfaisant, qui offre une belle finition dorée à BENNY.
Quelques mois on passé et maintenant je peux vous en dire plus, cette oeuvre a été sélectionnée par HULU / DISNEY+, elle apparaît dans l’épisode 5 de la série Black Cake.
