This miniature temple is not a replica of an existing building but an artistic homage rooted in Hindu tradition. Its architectural prototype is the prayer chariot (ratha) of Dharmaraja in Mamallapuram — reimagined here as a compact and radiant sanctuary.
Constructed primarily from matchsticks and ice cream sticks, the piece is adorned with delicate beaded garlands, metal elements, and Swarovski crystals. The ceilings of both tiers are formed using wooden ice cream sticks, adding warmth and structure.
The temple is dedicated to Lakshmi — the goddess of abundance, beauty, and well-being — and to Vishnu, the preserver of the world. Their images appear throughout the work, among bursts of ornamentation and flowing symmetry.
This is not merely a craft object but a symbolic temple — a world of myth, devotion, geometry, and light — condensed into a form that fits in the palm of your hand.
________________________________________
This Matchstick Temple is an Indian tale,
Where crystals shimmer and kindness prevails.
A dance of geometry, light, and the way —
That shines through time in the hands on display.
The whole living world fits into one palm —
The Temple of Lakshmi and Vishnu — so calm.

### *Talented Artistic Offsprings (The Arts Observatory)* An informal association created to overcome the lack of spirituality and culture in society, develop and implement the **New Educational System**, and unlock the universal, spiritual, and creative potential of every child and every person.
### **New Educational System** The key difference of the proposed educational system is the awakening and development of a person’s **spiritual, creative, and emotional potential** above all else.
It focuses not so much on intellect, memory, or rote memorization of facts (as in traditional school and extracurricular education), but rather on the **soul of the individual**, self-discovery, understanding the world and its phenomena, the ability to realize oneself and one’s ideas in life, prioritizing selflessness and values beyond personal gain, embracing and following **true universal human values**, and achieving genuine spiritual fulfillment.
