It depicts the crowded entrance to one of the beautiful shops full of collectibles and souvenirs popular with tourists. This particular shop had a large double door with one side closed, displaying it's vivid green colour that acted as a perfect backdrop for lots of beautiful little things. The painting is done in oil on canvas and excecuted with a pallete knife. This gives the surface a lot of texture and a variety of visible strokes.
