I was born on April 23, 1962, in St Maur des Fossés. From the age of 4, I spent a lot of time painting using water-based paint tablets. A little later, gouache took its place. I was far from thinking, at that age, that this hobby would reveal itself in adolescence as a passion for oil painting. For my 15th birthday, I received my first box of oil. I love the texture of this noble material. And as crazy as it may seem, I appreciate its smell, which repels many. I work with charcoal, pencil, ink, gouache, and I do pyrography from time to time. The need to work with the thickness of the hues of my palette. To immortalize the decor. The landscapes that haunt my mind end up on the canvas, as if I were afraid they would suddenly disappear.

I abandon oil painting for the use of acrylic paint which allows me to paint more quickly due to its ease of drying. My true love is what nature offers to my eyes. I spend hours observing and contemplating landscapes. I am also passionate about writing texts or poems that double some of my works in the feeling when I paint.
I begin exhibitions in company halls and in private rooms before continuing in the Galleries and Artistic Salons of Seine et Marne.
"Champdeuil, Nangis, Villenauxe la Petite, Provins, Moisenay, Guignes, St Fargeau Ponthierry, Brie Comte Robert and others." Since 2011, I have been part of painting workshops and the Nangisséenne Associations of Plastic Arts (ANAP) and Art-ecetera de Provins. Meeting and contact with other artists is enriching and open-minded. The work Regatta in Paimpol won the public prize in 2014 at the Moisenay Autumn Salon and is the poster for the exhibition Salon d'Automne de Moisenay 2015. See the article in the newspaper La République. The work Regatta of the Olonnois won the prize of the schools of the city of Champdeuil in March 2016. I exhibited in Brittany in St Michel en Grève in the Côtes d'Armor from 2017 to 2019 where I acquired a house for 3 years, then I left Brittany and Seine et Marne to come and live in Vendée, on the Island of Noirmoutier, a small corner of land, island of my childhood and my dreams, surrounded by sweetness and ocean. After 2 years of respite, following the Covid, I take up my brushes again in my fisherman's farmhouse, where I set up my painting studio. An Art store in Noirmoutier (Le Baz' Art) exhibits my works. I am also part of a painting workshop (L'atelier d'ER)
I take great pleasure in practicing my art in the interiors of private homes and on wooden furniture. For trompe l'oeil, I use acrylic paint because of its quick drying.
In my galleries on the Artmajeur website, you will find a panel of some of my works.
Enjoy your visit.
