Clare Wrench

Art has always been a passion of mine, I began painting and drawing from a young age and I was never without a sketch book.

After studying illustration and surface pattern design I pursued a different career path but during the covid lockdown I began to paint prolifically and I finally realised my long held dream by becoming a professional artist.

Participating in gallery exhibitions and accepting commissions, I have developed a unique style, Influenced by my favourite artist Claude Monet and inspired by the natural world. 

I primarily paint landscape paintings, wildlife and cityscapes using acrylic and oil paints.

I like to create atmosphere and texture in my paintings using vivid colours and unusual compositions to create unique artworks
