By reading my biography you may understand alittle about my philosophy in life.
I sometimes burn out from trying to do too much for others and too much to try to improve the world we live in. I have been slapped in the face with death many times. Doing CPR in dead corpses and trying not to give up for them. In my voluteer work I have had young teenage women die of breast cancer. My own beautiful sister to breast and ovarian cancer. The difficult part is that we are helpless many times and are overwhelmed with enjustices that plague the world we live in. The hardest part is experiencing hunger...esspecially in the over industrialized world we live in...so many are still dying of hunger, lack of medicine, lack of love.

There is little that we need as we drive our luxuary cars around (I love my Mercedes..It's old but a goodie) and we haul our art work to galleries and shows and the guilt of that dry champagne lingers between the sinful perfume that makes us feel so good to be alive for that moment. And that Moment moment reminds us that it's Ok to spoil yourself because life is so short and precious..and the guilt mounts up as we make up excuses......and it's so much better then picking grapes in the San Joaquin Valley in 120 degree sun!!!

As I paint I pray and give thanks for giving me the strength to continue living and creating......and sometimes making our world better.
