"Senior" (2020) Painting by Charalabos Zichnalis

Since I was little I had a weakness for nature and colors, painting
was always in my mind, but since I left my parental home, and lived
for several years in Rhodes, Mykonos and Santorini, and after some
events in my life, I "woke up" and started drawing!!

I mainly like to paint with acrylic colors, sometimes with
watercolors, abstract and colorful are two elements that characterize
me, each work is unique because I put my soul and it has to do with
how I feel at that moment if I try to copy the same work but this is
impossible because the color flows on the canvas like the emotions on
the soul, for this reason each work is unique.

I am inspired by travels, colors, scents, words, experiences, chants,
hearings, smells, voices, impressions, by feelings, by images that
come into my mind, that flow, it is the imprint of all of these on the
canvas as long as you have the eyes and the antennae of your soul
open.
