Catherine Claitte is a French sculptor & designer. She graduated from ESMOD Paris, and became creative in the fields of tableware, interior decoration, fashion accessories and stationery. She draws her creativity from her different experiences between Deauville, Paris and Cannes as well as her travels in Greece, India and Tahiti which have influenced her artistic evolution.
Catherine Claitte admires, among others, the colors of Matisse, the collage work of Jacques Villeglé, the curves of Nicki Saint Phalle, Barbara Hepworth, Henry Moore and thus creates sculptures that are characterized by feminine and flexible curved, declined in Plexiglas, wood, plaster, aluminum as well as steel and resin following a growing demand for outdoor sculptures.
The artist offers the possibility of customizing the sizes, materials and colors of her indoor and outdoor sculptures, and sends her works world wide.
