Original Artwork refers to any work that is considered authentic and not a copy or imitation of the original works of an artist. Original artwork can be any type of painting, sculpture, performance, or other media. There are many types of original media. Mixed media includes oil, acrylic, and watercolor paintings. For workshop paintings that bear evidence of master craftsmanship, this attribution must be further qualified. While they may be less valuable for different reasons, reproductions and copies have had a tremendous impact on our experience. They reach a greater audience than originals and act as a tonic against commodification. Original Artwork could also refer to the first work, which is always preceding all others. It could also refer to a prototype or a model from which other works can be made. Each work bears great similarities to the original.

Carlos Pulido, artista plástico y educador. Actualmente cursa una Maestría en Historia del Arte Peruano. Ha participado hasta la fecha en 10 exposiciones colectivas en el extranjero entre Alemania, Argentina, España y Portugal, siendo las más importantes: la exposición colectiva "Arte pela Paz” en Açores (2008) y la "XI Exposição Internacional de Artes Plásticas" de Vendas Novas (2005) en Portugal y como finalista en el "5è PREMI GRAVATOLOT.ORG" Ciutat D'Olot en España (2005). En nuestro país, participó también como co-organizador y curador del Festival Interdisciplinario "Lorca: Ojos humanos, exacto equilibrio de la melancolía" en el Centro Cultural de España (2005) y hasta la fecha ha realizado 5 exposiciones individuales: "No Mast Urbe" (2002), "Epicentro: donde viven los culpables" (2004), "Nuestras Cruces" (2007), “Subconsciencia Citadina” (2008) y “Paradero (Sé consciente pe varón…)” (2008). En mayo de 2012 fue uno de los tres ganadores del certamen "Arte In Situ" (Municipalidad de Miraflores) con su proyecto: Madre Urbe. Dicta talleres de Arte y Creatividad a niños jóvenes y adultos en instituciones diversas desde el año 2000.
