Jeremy Bouleau aka "Captain Niglo", born in Reims in 1982. Passionate about tags and graffiti since his adolescence and inspired by certain artists like Trane, Djuk, Jonone, Seen, Cope2 and many others like Salvador Dali and Frida Kahlo, it was in 1999 that he went out with markers in his pocket.
