This is a mixed media acrylic painting of a floating horse head in grey. It is in the style of a carnival horse or merry-go-round horse. This is a mixed media acrylic painting of a floating horse head in grey. It is in the style of a carnival horse or merry-go-round horse. In this case, it represents the knight in the game of chess on black and white squares. The checkers are evenly spaced even though the picture makes them look distorted. I'm not a professional photographer. The harness is teal and navy and has simulated jewels in green and clear colors attached for a 3D effect. The gems represent emeralds and diamonds. The checker board is black and white. The horse is painted with silver metallic paint. The painting is on an 11"x14" wrapped canvas and is signed on the front. It comes with a certificate of authenticity. The artwork has a hanger attached so you will not need to purchase an additional frame unless you would like to. Thank you for your interest in my art.

An art expert with a photographic memory of all the great works of art throughout history stored in his mind, complimented one of my paintings.  He said it was 'fresh, new and exciting!'  Wow!  That compliment encouraged me so much!   I hope to always be that artist that is creating something fresh, new and exciting!  At the very least, I try to create works of art that are different, unique, beautiful or interesting.  Painting is my happy place.  It's a peaceful, reflective process that I really enjoy.  I love to paint portraits of people in their youth or what they might look like in heaven with healthy glowing skin and no visible signs of aging.  I love to paint animals and birds in various styles of art.   I also love to paint geometric shapes.  I enjoy painting seascapes and landscapes in an impressionist style. Bob Ross is one of my favorite artists.   I am enjoying the process as I continue to develop my own unique artistic perspective.
