As a child, I always loved drawing. Encouraged by my father, I drew and colored the objects on the shelves, among the books in the living room. I was enrolled in a drawing class on Thursday afternoons at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs, on the mezzanines of the Louvre. My drawing teacher had me enter a City of Paris competition: I won a box of paints and a ride on the Bateaux Mouches!
Later, I reproduced, in pencil, whatever I liked: a portrait of Chateaubriand, photos of actors, a dotted Seurat, icons, landscape views...
Then I put down my pencils and time passed.
In 2001, I started taking classes again - first at the ENSBA (Fine Arts School of Paris), then At the ADAC, where I learned the pastel technique - And I got started!
