I took this photo in my local shops near where I live. Whenever I go out in a public place I feel like the person next to me understands what’s going on around him/her when in public. That’s the fully shaped person on the left. On the right to the shape on the left the person which is me is trying to mask (fit) in but everything going on around him he feels lost and he feels out of place and not actually there.

Bug is a photographer who is autistic and uses the medium of photography to mediate his sensory overload through the images. Bug controls the images light and contrast to create meditative abstract pieces, which allows Bug to take the fast paced noise of the outside world and communicate his vision back to us at a slower more refined pace that’s more manageable for both the artist and the viewer.
