If you walk into the National Art Gallery, Colombo 07, Sri Lanka, you will see a portrait of the late Lakshman Kadiragaman, a Sri Lankan politician who is a creation of Mr. Brindley Jayatunga. He is creating a realistic portrait depicting the real image. As other people say such a portrait using the best available material drawn or painted will last for generations. He is a great artist with a history of over 5 decades. He won a prize in an open art exhibition at the Gravesend Art Group's annual exhibition in Gravesend, Kent, UK. Around 18,000 paintings were painted in Germany and the UK in the 70s and 80s. Media such as pastel, oil, and acrylic make the creations of this senior artist glorious.
