Brigitte NaHoN explores, through sculpture and drawing, the poetic concept of "unstable stability"—a dynamic equilibrium born of paradox, tension, and the interplay between space and time. Engaging viewers in a dialogue with temporality, materiality and inner emotion, NaHoN works with a wide range of materials and forms to evoke fragility, resilience, and the complex layers of human perception. In 1994, Brigitte NaHoN relocated to New York, where she lived and worked for 15 years before settling in Tel Aviv in 2010, where she continues to live and work. NaHoN has received numerous awards, including the prestigious Villa Médicis Hors Les-Murs Grant (1994). Her works are included in several prominent public and private collections, such as THE JEWISH MUSEUM OF NEW YORK CITY (New York City), MOCA Hudson Valley Center for Contemporary Arts (Peekskill, NY), OMA Orlando Museum of Art (Orlando, FL), PROGRESSIVE Insurance Collection (Mayfield, OH), and the collections of Joel and Sherry MALLIN (Poundridge, NY, Buckhorn Sculpture Park), Toby LEWIS, FNAC, FMAC, Viviane BREGMAN, Diane ACKERMAN, Carrie SHAPIRO and Peter FREY, Diane VENET, Yvon LAMBERT, Gilles FUCHS and more. Her 2D and 3D works have been regularly exhibited internationally, including in Paris (Galerie Jérôme de Noirmont), New York (Cristinerose Gallery, Stephan Stoyanov Gallery), Moscow (Iragui Gallery) and currently in Seoul (Pink Gallery) and in Tel Aviv (Bruno Art Group). Key exhibitions on The Champs-Élysées in Paris (1999), in Venice (1995), and 2 major restropectives at the Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil in Rio de Janeiro (2001–2002) and at the Abbaye Saint-André Art Center in Meymac (1992).
