Biography
Good day all! I'm Brian Sloan an artist from Alberta, Canada. I love creating places on canvas that one can get lost in. Being Canadian, nature scenes are my favourite. However, I lived in Italy for a couple of years and had the privilege to see many great works of art. This is what inspired me to become an artist. I'll be painting some scenes I visited while there!
I mainly deal with acrylics on canvas and mixed media combining pyrography and acrylic paint.
I do take commission work upon request so don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions!

This acrylic painting is done on an 8x10 inch stretched canvas.
Paints used:
-Titanium White (Golden)
-Thalo Blue (Grumbacher Academy)
-Mars Black (Grumbacher Academy)
-Crimson (Windsor and Newton Galeria)
-Cadmium Yellow Light (Liquitex Heavy Body)
I also used a Golden brand acrylic glazing liquid.

ce tableau tres légèrement naif est tres beau mais je regrette que les paysagistes ne mettent pas ,ne serait ce qu'un personnage!!
this very slightly naive painting is very beautiful but I regret that the landscapers do not include even one character!!
