Le luxe, ce nom masculin qui signifie vivre aisément, d’une façon confortable et prestigieux est une nécessitée pour tout le mode.
En tant qu’artiste je conçois le luxe différemment : le tout puissant m’a offert un don qui me pousse à travailler inlassablement, en vue de laisser une empreinte marquée par la réussite, c’est là que réside mon luxe et mon bonheur. Ma devise étant qu’aucune montagne n’est difficile à escalader tant qu’on garde en vue le sommet, je trouve qu’il faut travailler comme un esclave, être humain, et non égoïste, pour avoir une satisfaction personnelle et vivre comme un prince dans son propre royaume entouré de sa famille et de ses amis.

مواليد دير القمر 29 أيلول 1959
والدته منى شرتوني.
فنان تشكيلي ومهندس معماري وداخلي وأستاذ جامعي وأحد رموز النهضة المعاصرة في عالم الفنون الجميلة اللبنانية.
متزوج من رنا ابراهيم .
ولداه: إيليانا وأسعد – مايكل.
أشقاؤه : ريشار (مهندس داخلي)، جيرار(قنصل لاتفيا، مهندس داخلي)، إدغار (مهندس داخلي).
تلقى برنار علومه في المدرسة البطريركية ثم أكملها في المعهد الأنطوني ودخل بعدها اكاديمية ميكال انج للفنون الجميلة حيث درس الهندسة الداخلية ثم تخصص في الهندسة المعمارية في جامعة الروح القدس الكسليك وتخرّج في العام 1985 ويحمل الرقم 8475 في جدول نقابة المهندسين . ودرس أيضًا الفنون التشكيلية في A.M.B.A
منذ سن الفتوة برزت مواهب برنار رنو الفنية التي حظيت بإعجاب وتقدير كل الذين يتذوقون الفن ويقدرون الإبداع. ففي التاسعة من عمره إشترك برنار رنو في مسابقة عيد الطفل للعام 1968 على مستوى كل لبنان وحلّ في المرتبة الأولى وفي السنة التالية حصل على الجائزة الاولى في مسابقة فابريانو.
لم يتوقف طموح الفنان الناشئ عند هذا الحد بل تراه وهو في الحادية عشرة من عمره ينظم في أكاديمية ميكال أنج معرضه الأول للرسم ويكون بذلك أصغر الفنانين الذين يعرضون لوحاتهم في معرض على امتداد مساحة الشرق الأوسط وربما العالم اجمع.
ساعد برنار والده أسعد رنو منذ صغره في رسم جداريات الكنائس ومنها بدادون، بشري، قب الياس، إهدن وبيت شباب وغيرها. وفي عمر السابعة عشرة تسلّم مهمة الإخراج الفني في مجلة Revue Du Liban .
خلال مرحلة الجامعة عمل مهندسًا في شركة القصور التي تخصصت في هندسة وبناء القصور في السعودية ومعظم الدول العربية.
عام 1985 تسلّم إدارة مكتب جوزيف الأسمر للهندسة في الحازمية. وأسس في السنة التالية مجلة "الهندسة" وأشرف على إصدار أعدادها الأولى الستة قبل أن يستدعيه والده لإدارة معهد أكاديمية ميكال أنج للفنون الجميلة الذي كان قد أسسه في العام 1963.
بقي برنار رنو يدير الأكاديمية حتى العام 2003 وكان قد أسسفي العام 1985 محترفه الخاص باسم "آثار من الشرق" “Vestiges D’Orient” .
عام 2003 إنتخب مقررًا للجنة الفنية لدرج مار نقولا المعروف بدرج الفن ADG بعد أن انتسب إلى جمعية إنماء الجميزة ، وفي العام 2004 صار عضوًا في نقابة الفنانين المحترفين في لبنان.
تخطّت شهرة برنار رنو الجغرافيا اللبنانية حيث تزين رسوماته إضافة إلى الفيلات والقصور ، العشرات من الدوائر الرسمية والمقرات البلدية والفنادق والمطاعم، وانتشرت تصاميمه الهندسية كما لوحاته الفنية في العديد من الدول العربية والأوروبية.
بلغ حتى اليوم مجموع المعارض التي استقبلت لوحات برنار رنو قرابة الـ 35 معرضًا من فردية وجماعية.
عرض رنو لوحاته في المركز الثقافي الفرنسي عام 1995 ، في المدينة التاريخية في دوما عام 1996، في درج الفن عام 1998، في نهر الفنون وبيت شباب عام 2000، في عام 2001، أما عام 2003 فكان زاخرًا بالمعارض بدءًا بدير القمر فحديقة الرسامين في جزين، وفي عاليه، ونادي بيبلوس في جبيل، وفي بيال في الوسط التجاري لبيروت، وفي فنون البازركان والحمامات الرومانية في سوليدير، كذلك عام 2003 اشترك في معرض International Art Gathering ثم عرض لوحاته مجددًا في بيال وفي فندق جيفينور روتانا وفندق الموفمبيك ونادي مارينا وفي غاليري "لوحات" في حارة صخر.
عام 1994 عرض في الجميزة لدى جمعية ADG التي سلّطت الضوء على لوحاته.
كذلك عرض رنو في العام 2004 في دمشق في كنيسة الصليب المقدس وفي لبنان في مبنى نقابة الأطباء وفي بيال مجددًا ودرج الفن ومنتجع الموفمبيك السياحي.
شهد برنامج عيون بيروت التلفزيوني ولادة إحدى لوحات رنو الفنية كذلك برنامج "أحد عالهوى" على شاشة تلفزيون لبنان، وبرنامج تي تايم على LBC.
إضافة إلى المعارض ، كان لرنو حضور مميز في كل برامج السيمبوزيوم التي نظمت في لبنان مؤخرًا بدءًا بدير القمر وعاليه ، وسيمبوزيوم جبيل ، وإهدن و جونيه وإهدن كونتري كلوب ونال في كل هذه المعارض شهادات تقدير. إضافة إلى شهادة تقدير من وزارة الثقافة السورية.
في سنة 2003 كان عضوًا في هيئة التحكيم مسؤولاً عن القسم الفني الثقافي في شركة Libancell، وفي هيئة التحكيم في مباريات تنظمها غاليري رزق – بدارو، وإضافة إلى كونه حكمًا مقرر في مسابقات الرسم للناشئين في مهرجانات جبيل “Le Concours” لسنة 2003.

يطالب برنار رنو بتأسيس بيت الفنان التشكيلي يجمع في رحابه أعمال الفنانين القدامى إلى جانب اعمال كبار الفنانين المعاصرين، ويرفع من مستوى الفن التشكيلي اللبناني ويجسّد الحضارة الإنسانية والموهبة اللبنانية أفضل تجسيد.
يلفت رنو إلى أن المتاحف الموجودة في لبنان غير تابعة لوزارة الثقافة التي يدعوها للتحرك وبناء المتاحف العامة أسوة بكل الدول الغربية المتحضرة كي تستقبل أعمال كل الفنانين اللبنانيين دون استثناء بهدف تحرير الفن اللبناني من الاحتكار. يذكّر بان كبار رموز الفن اللبناني كما العالمي غير حائزين على أية إجازة جامعية مما يدل على أن الفن يلد في الإنسان بالفطرة والشهادة وحدها لا تنتج فنانًا.
يوضح برنار رنو أن الفنان القدير يتمتع بموهبة فطرية ويحتاج إلى مرحلة طويلة ينمو فيها فنّه ويتطور وكلّما توسّع الفنان في المطالعة أو بحث في المعلومات العامة كلّما توسعت آفاقه واغتنى فنّه.
يشجع رنو الفنانين الناشئين إذا ما أرادوا بلوغ مرحلة الاحتراف أن يؤسسوا فنهم بداية على أسس الرسم الكلاسيكي من كبار الفنانين التاريخيين الكبار ومحاولة نسخ اعمالهم والتأثر بنَفَسِهم وتذوق أفكارهم قبل أن يبدأوا الرسم بتجرد وينتقلوا إلى مرحلة الابتكار الخيالي.
يلفت برنار رنو إلى أن أجيالاً جديدة شابة من الفنانين التشكيليين يولدها المجتمع اللبناني المعاصر تشق طريقها بصعوبة تتحدى الوضع الاقتصادي الخانق والظروف الصعبة التي يمر بها الوطن لتبرز مواهبها وأفكارها . مجموعهم يشكل ثروة كبيرة للفن اللبناني وتراث هذه الأرض وحضارتها.
يشير رنو إلى أن كل ما ينشده أبناء هذا الجيل هو احتضان النقابات والجمعيات الفنية لهم وتسهيل عملية انتسابهم إلى صفوفها.
يلاحظ رنو أن الفن التشكيلي في لبنان يواجه صعوبات كثيرة نتيجة عدم توفر مؤسسة أو شخصية تحتضن هذا القطاع وتمدّه بالمال والتسهيلات من مختلف جوانبها كما يحدث في معظم القطاعات الأخرى من فنية ورياضية وثقافية واجتماعية.
يشدد رنو على أهمية تثقيف الأطفال في لبنان فنيًا وتعليمهم أصول الرسم في الصغر واصطحابهم من قبل الأهل لحضور المعارض وتفسير لهم معاني اللوحات ومنحهم كل ما من شأنه أن يولّد في داخلهم تقديرًا للفن والأعمال الفنية تمامًا كما يتنشأ الطفل الأوروبي والأميركي والغربي عمومًا حيث المتاحف العامة مجانية وحيث تتبنى الدول الراقية المبدعين وتحتضنهم وتهتم بالرسم وبتنمية المواهب الفنية الأخرى...
يلد الإبداع على مراحل ، يقول رنو، والفن هو استمرارية ، وموهبة الرسم إما نتقنها فنبرع وإما نهملها فتموت. والفنان نبع عطاء يضحي بوقته وينسلخ عن العالم وينفرد في محترفه ليرسم لوحة تخاطب الإنسان روحًا وكيانًا وحالة نفسية ووضعًا اجتماعيًا.
بالنسبة له، تبقى الأولوية عند الفنان الحقيقي الناجح في صراحته فالفنان لا حدود لفنّه ولا يجوز أن يحصر في نطاق ضيّق ومحدود .
يتمسك برنار رنو بفكره العلماني المتحرر من كل قيد خارج إطارحرية الإنسان واحترام حقوقه.
يتميز رنو بعمق رؤيته الفلسفية وفكره الوجداني. قدرته الكبيرة في الرسم وكثافة إنتاجه يعكسان مدى حيويته وتملكه من نبض الريشة وتعاطيه مع الحياة بإيجابية.
يعتبر رنو أن على الإنسان ألا يشيخ نفسيًا وأن رجلاً يناهز الثمانين من عمره يمكن أن يحافظ على نفسية الشاب، وأن كل إنسان يخفي في داخله طفلاً صغيرًا.
يرفض رنو كل انواع العبوديات ويشجب الغرور ويدعو الفنانين إلى التحلي بنعمة التواضع لتحقيق النجاح ويحثهم على رسم كل المواضيع وجعل ريشتهم تتكلم كل اللغات وترتدي كل الألوان، لأن الفنان شاهد على الحياة ولأن الرسم كان أداة الإنسان الأولى للتخاطب قبل اللغة. يقول رنو تقع على عاتق الرسامين اليوم مسؤولية الحفاظ على محورية الرسم في حياتنا المعاصرة. ما الفنان، يقول رنو، غير فيض من حرية ومحبة وعطاء وكلّما ترسّخ الفن في عمق الإنسان كلّما ترفّع عن المادة ومحدوديتها وسما بفكره ونظرته ومشاعره.
تخصص برنار رنو في لوحات البورتريه وأبدع وصوّر المرأة المعطاء تتعب وتعمل، كما أنه رسم كل مشهد لم تعد الكاميرا قادرة على رؤيته والتقاطه وتصويره ، فقد اعاد رنو كل مشاهد الماضي ولقطات التراث إلى الوجود عبر لوحات رائعة تزاوجت فيها الألوان وتكاتفت الخطوط بانسجام ورومنسية ودفء.
يبتعد برنار في لوحاته عن المواضيع السياسية والدينية ويتخطى الواقع المحلي ويفضل التبحر في مواضيع ذات بعد عالمي وآفاق عامة تعالج أفكارًا جديدة مبدعة لم يسبق أن تعاطى معها أحد. وتبقى الموسيقى رفيقته طوال فترة عمله، ومتابعة الأفلام الوثائقية والتبحر في مناهل الثقافة العالمية قوته اليومي يقدّس رنّو العائلة، ويجلّ مَن تجمع بشخصها هوية الزوجة والأم معًا، ويعتبر الأولاد أثمن ما في الوجود وهبة من الله والطبيعة للأب والأم تخليدًا لحبهما وتتويجًا لعلاقتهما الصادقة وارتباطهما الحي. يرى رنو في المرأة رمزًا للجمال والحياة. عندما تلد المرأة بنيها تكتشف روعة الأمومة ، هكذا الرجل عندما يتزوج ويبدأ بتكوين عائلة يكتشف لذة التضحية والكرم. الزواج يقول رنو يحرر الإنسان من انانيته ويبدد قلقه.
ويعتبر رنو أن المجتمع المعاصر قد أغنى مخيلة الفنان وأدخل مواضيع جديدة إلى الرسم لم تعرف في الماضي.
لا تزال بيروت التراثية تؤثر ببرنار رنو، ودير القمر تمنح فكره ، بهدوئها واصالتها، النقاء والشفافية، أما البحر في ضوء الليل فيعطيه بعدًا تحرريًا وجاذبية خاصة يعكسها تماوج الألوان.
كفنان يعشق الفن ، يفتخر كل الافتخار بانتمائه إلى وطن يعتبره الأجمل بين الأوطان ... صغر مساحته الجغرافية وتمدّد شاطئه على امتداد طوله يفتح أبواب الحرية أمام شعبه وساكنيه وينفح فيهم أمواجًا من حرية وانفتاح وتجديد وأمل.
يقول رنو "لبنان هو منجم جمال لكل فنان وتكوين مجتمعه الطائفي يزيد من رونقه وغناه."

تدخل مع لوحات برنار رنو عالم قوس قزح وتعبر نحو الضفة الثانية من إنسانيتك حيث يتملكك سلام داخلي وتوازن وفرح.
وضع رنو أسس لغة جديدة خاطب بها الإنسان العالمي وجعلت من لوحاته عنوانًا لبنانيًا لثقافة القرن الواحد والعشرين وخير صديق لأجياله وشعوبه.
في كل مرة تتأمل لوحة أبدعتها يده تخال نفسك انك تراها للمرة الأولى لا بل أنك تكتشفها اكتشافًا وتغوص فيها كما تغوص في محيط لكن دون ان تختنق لأن جاذبيتها لها جوهر خاص ومميز.

“Vestiges d’Orient” : est une exposition chatoyante, extrêmement bien travaillée, organisée par l’artiste Bernard Renno. A chaque surface peinte, se propose de métamorphoser les gestes en hymne à la douceur à la sérénité de ces lieux où la lumière, rendue par de multiples interférences, crée ce climat harmonieux par le jeu de tonalités modulés et chaudes. La priorité du créateur réside dans sa conviction que l’esthétique est la pierre angulaire de l’art.

Bernard Renno a un palmarès à en faire pâlir plus d’un. حينما تدخل الى محترفه آثار الشرق تشعر فوراً أنك وطأت عتبة عالم جديد، منفصل عن أرض الواقع. فلوحاته الملوّنة الحالمة حيناً والمجنونة حيناً آخر، التراثية حيناً والعلمية حينا آخر، تصوّر مشاهد من الحياة بريشة فنان يعيش في عالمه الخاص. حينما يطلق العنان لمخيلته، تمتزج الألوان القاتمة بتلك الفاتحة، في وحدة حال وانخطاف يأخذك الى الحلم. برنارد رنو، فنان تشكيلي خلاق، مبدع وحرّ فنّه لا محدود، أفكاره طليقة وابداعاته تمزج التقليدي بالعصري والتقني، لتنتج خلطة فنية لا يعرف سرّها سواه.
