Kay is a keen amateur photographer and Digital Artist. Originally from the UK and has lived in New Zealand since 2000
Kay studied Computer Graphic Design at Auckland University of Technology to Level 4 Standard with Merit award. She is also a Student in the on-line “Awake” (Pushing Photography Further) group for the past 3 years, moving on a year ago to the advanced group “Kaizen” with Sebastian Michaels as her mentor. She also studied with Beyond the Brush for almost 3 years
Kay started the Whitianga Camera Club along with her husband and ran this for 4 years. She enjoys all genres of photography
Kay has always been creative and previously enjoyed painting. She painted for a number of years selling her sold work locally and to overseas from exhibitions and restaurant displays. She was also selected to take part in the Coromandel annual art trail

Kay is regularly featured in the Artist’s Down Under – Australia and New Zealand monthly Magazine and has been a featured artist with one of her images making the front cover. She has also been selected five times for the American “Living the Photo Artistic Life” Pushing Photography Further Magazine
