a self taught artist mostly dose portraits of people and animals but sometimes l do landscape paintings in oil wet on wet and water colour. I like realistic artwork with lots of detail in it showing every line in someones face to me makes it more realistic and makes it more interesting and helps people with what they like and dislike about it. When I do landscape paintings l like to do lots of detail but in a trick way where there seems to be lots of detail and lots of room for the viewers mind to work and take them and their mind on a journey which is only stopped by their own thinking. it's what a paint should do as you look at it you start thinking and your mind runs wild.
