2017 : Installation "JE SUIS DANS L'AILE DU DRAGON", au cap 31, Montreuil.
Suspension d’encres noires et pigments en tempéra sur papiers de mûrier verticaux (70 X 140 cm). L'accrochage au plafond tire parti de la lumière opalescente du lieu avec les peintures recto-verso translucides.
"L’expérimentation de la "routine", empruntée aux arts martiaux, [en français "l’habitude mécanique et irréfléchie, lassante et stérile"], a initié, dans la répétition du geste et du motif, la fluidité, l’intégration et la libération de la contrainte physique du pinceau. Bien au delà de l’esthétique, l’art martial porte tout ce qui
m’intéresse entre l’énergie violente canalisée et la raison humaniste, l’utopie d’invincibilité et
l’attention à l’autre….."
