Self-taught, I started about fifteen years ago with pastel portraits, then, forced to give up this medium because of allergy, I opted for acrylic.

I participated for two years in painting workshops,

I now paint full time in my studio since 2014

My artistic approach aims, in addition to the poetic representation of places, whether urban or natural, the communication of emotions and the fascination I feel in the face of the impact that light can have on shapes and colors ...

My primary concern is therefore the transcription of this light, and of the atmosphere thus felt.

Working with light technically involves working on the play of shadows, textures, colors, their contrasts, and moreover, the use of the painting knife and acrylic, tools of spontaneity in my eyes, participates in the transcription of a given moment.
