The picture is painted in the style of abstract painting. The asymmetrical composition is executed in a monochrome palette: from deep black, passing into brown, to light grey matt acrylic. The composition is dominated by black colour, conveying depth and saturation, creating a sense of immersion and mystery. All the colour spots move from one to the other in a gradient. In addition to the colour patches, a quartz sand texture is present, creating a stone porous base.
The name of the collection can interpret meaning both visually and philosophically. The story takes us into a static and fluidly dynamic melancholic mood.

Anna Komar is a contemporary Russian artist and designer. Nature and the philosophies of the East serve as Anna's enduring sources of inspiration. Her creations are deeply influenced by the delicate beauty found in the traditional craftsmanship of Japanese potters and artisans from centuries past. Central to her artistic vision is the celebration of organic elements, natural materials, and the raw, untamed forms that nature itself bestows.
Anna's childhood experiences in the Far Eastern marshlands, rural landscapes, and the textured terrain of the taiga have left an indelible mark on her artistry. Her work skillfully explores captivating combinations of earthy tones, textures, and compositions, all echoing the raw and rustic beauty of nature.
In her quest to convey the serene melancholy and rhythmic pace of life, Anna often gravitates toward monochromatic hues and subdued colors, imbuing her creations with a tactile quality that engages the senses. Natural materials, such as coal, ash, sand, a variety of wood species, and coarse linen, play an integral role in her work, serving as a tangible connection to the earth itself.
Anna Komar's artistic endeavors are not confined to individual pieces but take the form of captivating series, each rooted in her personal experiences and deep exploration of Eastern aesthetics. Her art is characterized by its imperfection and ephemerality, mirroring the transient nature of the world around us.
Her works have found their way into the private collections of art enthusiasts spanning across Russia and a multitude of countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Spain, Germany, South Korea, and the United Arab Emirates.
