The aspiration for this work was born while I was walking in the countryside, I was attracted by these beautiful flowers that have just blossomed, and as if they wanted to say something “here we are” like children playing with each other.
I probably paint them again when they are adults and they are no longer pear-flowered
but they will be ready to do the last task.
I stop here, I will continue in the next painting.

Angelo Giglio. Autodidatta, nasce a Caltagirone nel 1968, dove vive ed opera. Già dal 1990 si propone con le prime partecipazioni a mostre collettive e concorsi. In seguito allestisce mostre personali in Italia e all'estero, consolidando la sua carriera artistica con ottimo riscontro da parte del pubblico. Diversi critici hanno parlato di lui con pubblicazioni sull'annuario comed. n. 22 del dizionario enciclopedico d'Arte Contemporanea. Diverse le manifestazioni e rassegne a cui ha preso parte e che l'hanno annoverato fra i protagonisti. Diversi sono i premi ottenuti, fra i quali: "Premio Vita" Milano 1993, "Targa Europa" Milano 1993; 1° posto "Edizione Seber d'Oro" Milano 1994"; "Premio Olanda" 1995 dell'Accademia Internazionale "Il Marzocco" (Ordine Accademico Internazionale "Greci - Marino") Firenze.
La delegazione di rettorato generale ha deciso di nominarlo "Cavaliere accademico Angelo Giglio" sezione -arte 1998. Inoltre, ha ottenuto a Montecarlo il grande riconoscimento artistico con il Premio Nobel dell'arte 2005. Le sue opere esposte hanno avuto un grande consenso da parte del pubblico.
