Additionally, she works as a graphic designer and is passionate about combining art and design. In April 2023, MODA magazine Bulgaria featured her fashion illustrations, presenting the latest fashion trends. 

Anelia believes that paintings have the power to create a unique atmosphere in homes, offices, and other spaces. She emphasizes the significance of paintings as essential accents in interior design, stating, "Just one look at them can improve the mood, so the themes and colors in the composition are extremely important in creating such an impact."
