Analog Girl
Born and raised in Jersey, and currently living in the MidWest. I have been painting my whole life or at least as long as I can remember. I love using texture and anything I can get my hands on. Painting has no boundaries and I strongly enforce people to touch my paintings so that they can feel the texture and emotion that I pour into them. My color spectrum has no limits and I am always looking for the perfect color companionship. My use of color is connected with my emotion at that time, as well as the painting Im doing. When I feel elated I tend to lean toward flowers, and when I feel like I need to get my point across I tend to get overwhelmed with spray paint. Wrinting a biography is never my area of expertise, but I will say that painting is my passion and anyone who comes in contact with them will feel something, whether it be satisfaction or dislike.
Painting is a way of expressing myself rather than words because we all know sometimes our words come across as ill intentions, sorta the same way paintings do. Two people can look at the same painting and see two different aspects, and two different pictures, and express their thoughts about it, and at the same time I never had to open my mouth and express exactly what I was thinking. I use painting as an outlet for my emotions and thoughts without actually verbally announcing them, and I believe painting uses me as an outlet for my creativity.
My goal in painting is to inspire other people, artists, poets, whomever, and also to insprire myself.

My philosophy on Painting is imagery. I tend to get carried away with color, and I believe that everything I see throughout the day plays a big role in what I paint. From the colors on a single flower petal to the colors on a rusted wall, I use them all! My works comprise of large or small Abstract and Contemporary paintings. I gain my inspiration through everyday life as well as the people I encounter throughout my life. I strive to make the viewer observe my art and leave with some sort of inspiration whether it be painting, writing, teaching, etc. I like to think my work expresses time, place, and the emotions that are running through me at the time. I love to create texture and encourage people to feel the paintings, because I feel that I put my feelings and emotions right into them. Just like the human emotion needs touch so do my paintings.
