Naissance à Paris au sein d'une famille "textile".
Une carrière initiale dans l'enseignement.
Construction d'un voilier à Saint Malo et tour du monde en famille durant sept années consécutives.
En 2000 :Une formation en tapisserie de haute lice pendant 4 ans.
En 2007 : Une médaille premier prix au salon des Arts Plastiques de la Rochelle.
En 2008 :Ouverture d'un atelier pour une activité de licière à plein temps et organisation de stages.
En 2009 : un prix SEMA.
En 2012 : affiliation à l'Institut National des Métiers d'Art.
En 2014 : sélection d'une de mes oeuvres par le cabinet Rossini à Paris.
En 2022 : depuis 2008 naissance de nouvelles oeuvres et sessions de stages de formation.
Démarche artistique
Ma vie d’adulte commence en 1970 dans l’enseignement. L’itinéraire semblait simple pour un parcours bien tracé, mais c’était sans tenir compte de ma passion pour les philosophies.
En 1985, les digues consciencieusement élevées pour un parcours si sage cèdent.
Je pars pour un voyage hauturier en voilier qui de Saint Malo à Nouméa me fait traverser la moitié du globe durant sept années de vie en total lâcher-prise avec les valeurs et les exigences sociales de l’Europe Occidentale.
C’est la voie royale vers la maturation de ma pensée.
Mais la route n’est pas une fuite, le mouvement n’est pas une fin en soi. L’espace de vie libéré par mon mode vie s’est rempli de réflexions qui faute de pouvoir s’exprimer finissent par m’encombrer car intellectuelles et bientôt stériles.
L’itinéraire ne tenait pas compte de mon besoin de faire passer ma pensée par une voie concrète, sensuelle, et de la partager.
Vient le besoin d’un ancrage et d’un retour aux source.
Travail sur soi…et… ensuite, comme « par hasard » la bonne personne se trouve aux détours de mon chemin : j’apprends la tapisserie de haute lice.
La réunion était faite entre l’héritage textile et artistique familial et la nécessité de faire passer ma philosophie sans constructions mentales. Remplacer le verbe par le sentir.
