Hello,
My name is Alina Alexandra Darjan, I am of Romanian origin and I have been living in France since 2007.
I studied architecture, which greatly influenced my way of thinking about art and, thanks to this, my passion for painting has continued to grow. I remember the day our teacher took us to see an opening of abstract paintings during our drawing class. There was a work that I found magnificent, a sparkling red with some touches of black. That day was decisive for me: painting then became my number one passion.
I also followed a three-year training in clothing design.
After a few years of painting for pleasure, I decided to take the plunge and launch myself as a painter, to pursue my childhood dream and share my passion with you.
Through my creations, I aspire to convey a whole range of emotions.
My favorite themes are varied: still life, abstract painting, landscapes, and many others.
I create my works either on paper or on cotton canvases (or more rarely linen) of different sizes.
