Héctor Alejandro Barreto Palma, nace en la ciudad de Cuautla. Morelos el 10 de Marzo de 1980, estudió la licenciatura en artes plásticas con especialidad en grabado, en la UAEM, y la maestría en artes visuales, especialidad: grabado, en la antigua academia de San Carlos de la UNAM en México DF.

En su haber existen más de 40 exposiciones colectivas y 5 individuales, tanto en México como en el Extranjero. USA, Canadá, España, Rumania, Francia, Egipto, Argentina, Italia, entre otros.

Ha sido seleccionado en varios concursos de gràfica internacional.

Forma parte del grupo artístico Alawrence para la promoción de proyectos en México – EU- Canadà.

Socio Activo y promotor de la AMGIPAC (Asociación Mexicana de grabadores de la Investigación Plástica AC. Número de credencial: 174.

Coordinador del Taller de Integración y Experimentación Gráfica: “La Tómbola” del museo de la estampa de Toluca. Y todas las actividades que a éste se refieran.

Se ha dedicado a la promoción artística de las artes gráficas a lo largo de varias exposiciones dentro del país junto con la AMGIPAC. A cargo del Mtro. Alejandro Alvarado Carreño y La Mtra. Carolina Viñamata
