Éclaircie (2022) Photography by Alexandre De Pommereau
"Fine-Arts" prints on paper
It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.

Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

Alexandre De Pommereau, artist photographer, embodies the spirit of a passionate explorer. From an early age, he refused to be confined by monotony, always eager for novelty and fulfillment. His atypical career reflects his insatiable thirst for discovery and creation.
After exploring different fields such as computer science, sociology and journalism, Alexandre found his calling in visual art. Initially drawn to writing, he discovered in video a new way of expressing himself and telling stories. For more than five years, he evolved as a videographer, mastering capture and visual storytelling with growing passion.
It was in 2019, during a trip to Thailand, that Alexandre had a click. Armed with a film camera, he decided to capture his journey only on film. This choice marked a major turning point in his artistic life. Photography, once relegated to the background behind video, has become his new love. The year 2022 was another significant milestone, marked by a trip to Norway. During a month of adventure in the Arctic, photography became his inseparable companion. Every day he explored the details of the world around him through his lens, capturing moments of wonder and intimacy.
Today, Alexandre enthusiastically shares his photographic creations. His artistic quest has become a vocation: to travel and capture unique moments through his lens. He wishes to offer a window on the world to those who cannot undertake physical journeys, by sharing his images which reveal the beauty of landscapes and the richness of cultures. Photography is for him much more than a visual art, it is a means of communicating emotions, transmitting a personal vision and opening the horizons of those who contemplate his works.
