It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.
Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

Certa Cito 1 features Cpl "Spotty" Spotswood, during surge tasks carried out by the newly formed Specialist Team Royal Signals (STRS), a team on installation Technicians based at 10 Sigs in Corsham.
The team were amongst the most heavily deployed units in the army at the time, travelling world wide on short notice.
I had taken the original photo during Op Telic 6 on a flight across Basrah to attend a fault.
While Spotty was not trained as a door gunner it was an photo opportunity that couldn't be missed.
Spotty has since left the Army and continues a successful career in a communications based role, however he no longer hangs out in helicopters looking for photo opportunities.
Once the collection is ready all will be released for sale with proceeds going towards charity (charity still to be confirmed).

After a hiatus of 26 years Alastair has picked up paint brushes and pencils once again.
During high school Alastair had entered and won several competitions in the local area, eventually gaining a Higher in Art during these formative years.
Life had other plans and provided a completely different career path. With lockdown implemented Alastair was still busy as a key worker, picking up brushes after a long day helped to unwind and within a short period the full passion came flooding back.
