a « Gréco-Rochelais » painter

At the age of 18, « he left his provincial living place, convinced he would heartily handle life and with only a suitcase » got to Paris to work as a bookshop messenger boy.
After some scenary training at the « studio des Capucines », he starts acting in an organization of school theatres set in Avignon.

From 1966 to 1968, « Présence du Théâtre » acts around the great South-East.
He works on school cultural activities at the « Maison de la Culture » in Grenoble, takes an active part in the « festival Off » in Avignon and settles down in Paris.

He goes around in the Parisians cabarets and becomes a singer-songwriter.
« La Méthode, l’échelle de Jacob, Le lapin Agile, chez Babette, Le four à pain, la taverne de l’Olympia », and the « Don Camillo », a famous place for the « chanson française ».

He already sketches and paints.

But he gets bitten by the traveling bug, thanks to tourism enterprises, « well-known and tanned ».
Through them, he will give free rein to his urges such as music, sport, sun, etc,…

He keeps painting and sketching. He visits Florence, discovers art and its museums.
A Muse which helps him recover from a spiritual grief.

He is given advice, works with masters and settles down in Greece.
He becomes a club hotel manager then runs a restaurant where he exposes his works.
Back home in France, he works on mass tourism in organizations such as « V.V.F »., « la Sécurité Sociale » and « Vacances P.T.T ».

He exposes his paintings in Art galleries in Les Vosges and in Alsace and is awarded first prizewinner in 1999 at the « Limousin Poitou » Aquarelle Arches Show.

He keeps painting and writing nowadays.
