Lyapichev Anton Mikhailovich is a contemporary Russian artist born in Kaluga in 1963. He graduated from comprehensive and art schools before entering the Kaluga branch of the Moscow State Technical University named after N.E. Bauman in 1980. During this time, he began his career as an artist-designer, balancing his studies with work, which did not hinder his graduation with honors.
After completing his studies, Lyapichev worked for many years at the Kaluga Motor-Building Production Association, where he held various positions, including foreman, site manager, bureau manager, and secretary of the Komsomol Committee. It was at the plant that he developed an interest in cutting engraving using the xylography technique. His engravings participated in 17 art exhibitions in Russia and abroad, leading to his membership in the Union of Artists of Russia in 1995.
In 1993, Lyapichev made a pivotal choice to pursue his passion for art, fully dedicating himself to graphic arts. His career evolved as he took on various roles, including freelancer, head of a design bureau, and art director of the advertising agency "Accent." He has been involved in diverse projects, such as corporate styles, printing, web design, and outdoor advertising. His passion for design and a desire to collaborate with colleagues motivated him to join the Union of Designers of Russia in 2006.
Since 1993, Lyapichev has continued to work as a graphic artist, designer, and art director at the advertising agency "Accent," where he remains dedicated to his craft.
